What time and days do you deliver?

Our delivery window is between 6:30-9:30. Please indicate any delivery instructions, including safe place, when placing your order. We deliver on the following days: On Monday you will receive food for Monday & Tuesday. On Wednesday you will receive food for Wednesday & Thursday. On Friday you will receive food for Friday, Saturday & Sunday. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for your order. We use a third-party delivery company that allows you to track your deliveries. We always do our best to assist you by liaising with them.

What is in my box?

In your Kurami box, you will find the meals you have selected above. The contents of your box are designed by our dedicated Nutritionist and are carefully prepared by our Kurami Team in our London kitchen. If you would like to see the menu before ordering, kindly contact us at info@kurami.co.uk.

Do your meals contain gluten & dairy?

All Kurami meals are made without ingredients that contain gluten & dairy as a standard.

Do your meals arrive ready to eat, or do I need to cook them?

Kurami meals arrive ready to be enjoyed. Warm up following the re-heating instructions, sit down, and enjoy.

My plans changed: can I cancel my meal path and get a refund?

All Kurami meal paths are non-refundable. Depending on the notice period, we will do our best to accommodate your requests, issue a credit, or move your deliveries to a more convenient date. Kindly note that we require at least three working days to make changes to your order.

I have an allergy: can you cater to me?

After placing their first order, we recommend that clients with an allergy reply to their confirmation email to ensure the request was processed correctly. Our meals are prepared without any ingredients or additives that contain gluten or dairy. We can cater to up to 3 dislikes per client account. Due to our organisation, we cannot ensure that our food is free from allergens. Unfortunately, we cannot cater to clients suffering from anaphylactic shock or severe allergies. We cannot cater to clients who need to avoid nightshades or want to eliminate entire food groups from their meal path. The full ingredient dish and allergy notice are attached to each box you receive. Please check this before you start eating or drinking any of our dishes. If you have more than three allergies or dislikes, please contact info@ kurami.co.uk before placing your order, as this may be subject to a supplement. You are responsible for informing us of any allergy/dislike you may have. If you forget to add an allergy/dislike to your account or do not contact us at least three working days before your first delivery, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cater to you.
