Deliciously roasted peppers with sorghum & black tahini dressing 🌶️
We developed this dish with comfort in mind. We slow roast our peppers in the oven, and add sweet red onions to further enhance their flavour. The button mushrooms and black turtle beans add to the buttery texture of this dish. We then add a rich black tahini dressing to bring it all together. This dish is low saturated fat, and a source of fibre and protein.

Super Root Laksa 🍜
Our Super Root Laksa is rich in nourishing plant goodness. This was one of the first dishes we developed and it perfectly embodies Kurami: we have taken a dish that is very well loved and reformulated it so that you can enjoy it as part of your balanced meal path. It has a strong umami flavour, and it is enriched with brown rice noodles, fresh vegetables and a protein source. Umami is one of the five basic tastes: pungent and full bodied. This is a classic dish made with a nutritionist approved touch!

This colourful bun is handmade with sweet potato and gluten-free flour, and alternatively decorated with dashes of beetroot, moringa and butterfly blue pea powders. Our burger is crafted by our chefs using plant ingredients, like courgettes and mushrooms. We also use quinoa, which is a great source of protein. Kurami poke bowl 🥗
Our Poke Bowl is beautifully colourful, nourishing, and a nutrition-dense dish. It was crafted to include a wide array of plant goodness, amongst which tofu, radish and beansprouts. We also use the ancient grain kaniwa, as its grainy texture perfectly complements the sweetness of the mango and the vibrant tartiness of the pineapple. Kaniwa is a cousin of quinoa that has a distinctive nutty flavour. This dish has a umami flavour, thanks to the lemon zest and mirin. Umami is one of the five basic tastes: pungent and full bodied. Our poke is low in saturated fat and salt, and a source of fibre and protein.
