A hearty salad designed to satisfy. We believe salad should not be boring: that is why we have mixed red and white quinoa, and paired it with lots of plant goodness. The sunflower seed pesto gives this dish a unique nutty and satisfying flavour. A nutrient dense, and vibrant meal. Did we mention this dish hits half of the 30-a week goal? Rich in nutrient-dense ingredients, our salad is made using 15 different kinds of plants! Variety is key to feed your gut.

Our Kurami take on lasagna: we layer courgette with a Mediterranean-inspired tomato sauce, which is rich in thyme and oregano and with tempeh. Tempeh is tofu with a twist, made by naturally fermenting soybeans. It has a rich structure as the soyabeans are kept whole, which gives this dish a creamy texture.

Our most colourful snack yet. This fun twist, maximises the use of vegetables. We infuse our nachos with beet and moringa , and pair it with our special Kurami salsa and guacamole. Our creamy curry is made using a fiery blend of spices. Homemade from scratch, we have paired it with the ancient gain amaranth, seasonal vegetables and a protein. Ancient grains are great sources of fibre. Amaranth is a seed and its one of the world's oldest crops, and revered by many cultures. It has a distinct nutty flavour, and a grainy texture which perfectly complements the creaminess of our curry.

This dish is rich in colours, flavour and nutrient density. We slow roast our vegetables, and mix them with the ancient grain sorghum, and red lentils. Sorghum is an ancient grain with an earthy flavour. The black olive tapenade adds a hearty and zesty flavour to this dish.

The Kurami Poke Bowl is beautifully colourful, nourishing, and nutrition-dense dish. Created with an array of plant goodness including tofu, radish, beansprouts, and pineapple. We have used kaniwa in this dish, as its grainy texture perfectly complements the sweetness of the mango and the vibrant tartiness of the pinapple. Kaniwa is a cousin of quinoa with a nutty flavour. Our chef crafted Poke Bowl provides an umami flavour thanks to the lemon zest and mirin. Umami is one of the five basic tastes: pungent and full bodied. This dish is low in saturated fat and salt, is a source of protein and fibre, and contains 13 varieties of plants!
