This recipe is going viral online, so of course we decided to make our own version of it!
What better snack than the one high in fibre, low in sugar, a source of protein and high in multiple vitamins and minerals, such as vitamins B1, B6 and B7, vitamin K, as well as iron, copper, manganese, folic acid and potassium.
This may be one of the easiest, most nutritious and nourishing 5 ingredient recipe we have shared!
For 3 servings, you’ll need:
- 100g cannellini beans
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic granules
- 2g salt
- 1tbsp herbs of choice
All you need to do is bake for ~40min at 220C and enjoy on it’s own, dip into tzatziki or a similar yoghurt dip, or use as salad topper!
