This dish has a delicate, yet decisive taste. The aubergines are marinated with a variety of herbs and spices, amongst which turmeric and cumin. The red and white quinoa adds a grainy texture that further enhances the tangy flavour of this dish. The warm spiciness of the harissa perfectly complements this dish.

Sesame Chickpea Tofu with Soya Mushrooms & Buckwheat 🥘
This dish was formulated with comfort in mind. Our chickpea tofu is marinated in ginger, chilli and sesame to give it a fragrant flavour. This is perfectly complemented by a soya and thai basil mushroom side, and the ancient grain buckwheat. Did you know that buckwheat is actually a fruit seed and not a grain?

Pancakes, but with a twist. Our Kurami pancakes are made with the ancient grain, teff, providing a rich source of fibre. This nutritiously delicious dish is chef crafted and finished with our signature KuYo, alongside our refreshingly homemade fruit compote and nut butter, providing an array of amazing flavours. A compote crafted to perfection with seasonal produce, including Rhubarb and Apple, with burst of refreshingly natural flavours. This breakfast is low in saturated fat, and is high in fibre. Fibre contributes to the feeling of satiation (feeling fuller for longer!) and is key in maintaining a healthy gut.

Rainbow burger 🌈
This colourful bun is handmade with sweet potato and gluten-free flour, and alternatively decorated with dashes of beetroot, moringa and butterfly blue pea powders. Our burger is crafted by our chefs using plant ingredients, like courgettes and mushrooms. We also use quinoa, which is a great source of protein. It comes with a side coleslaw, homemade tomato sauce, and sweet potato wedges. This dish is low in salt and low in saturated fat, which supports heart health.

The Kurami Poke Bowl is beautifully colourful, nourishing, and nutrition-dense dish. Created with an array of plant goodness including tofu, radish, beansprouts, and pineapple. We have used kaniwa in this dish, as its grainy texture perfectly complements the sweetness of the mango and the vibrant tartiness of the pinapple. Kaniwa is a cousin of quinoa with a nutty flavour. Our chef crafted Poke Bowl provides an umami flavour thanks to the lemon zest and mirin. Umami is one of the five basic tastes: pungent and full bodied.This dish is low in saturated fat and salt, is a source of protein and fibre, and contains 13 varieties of plants!
