It has a distinct nutty flavour, and a grainy texture.

Kurami's Mediterranean Cauliflower Salad provides a beautiful mixture of flavours and textures. The creaminess of the cashew nuts balances the spiciness of the Ras el Hanout roasted cauliflower. Ras el Hanout is a northern African mixture of over a dozen spices. There are many variations of this spice mix, but we have found a beautiful and balanced concoction.
