Tart London X Kurami Collaboration

The Kurami team is thrilled to announce our exciting summer collaboration with Lucy Carr-Ellison and Jemima Jones, co-founders of Tart London and Wild by Tart restaurant. We have joined efforts with Tart London to develop a delicious, seasonal meal plan which will be available to order via the Kurami website.

Kurami and Tart London share a similar ethos around packing flavour and goodness into all dishes. We have worked together to perfect a meal plan that embodies colourful, fresh and wholesome plant- and meat-based dishes, as well as a selection of snacks and drinks, all approved by our Kurami nutritionist, and crafted by our in-house chefs. Known for their bold and bright food, the recipes have been thoughtfully designed to incorporate the best ingredients at the peak of their season, into each individual dish. 

The menu offers a selection of vegetable-based dishes such as haricot beans with artichokes, peas and asparagus braised artichokes, broad beans, and peas with white beans, mint and lemon, alongside smoked trout with Jersey Royals, pickled red onion, fennel and watercress. There will also be sweet snacks such as fruit muffins and chocolate  nut butter cups. In line with Kurami’s regular menu, all of these items will be made without ingredients that contain gluten or dairy.

Our Kurami team of chefs work closely with our in-house registered nutritionist to ensure science and flavours are married together, providing delicious, nutritious and fresh dishes. Fusing ancient ingredients and fibre-filled foods, we make it simple for people to eat and live well, offering dishes that leave our clients feeling nourished as part of a mindful and balanced lifestyle.

Vegan options: 

A fragrant turmeric aubergine curry, with spinach, chilli and coriander. Served with coconut rice and lime. Braised artichokes, broad beans, and peas with white beans, mint and lemon .

Standard options:

Roast garlic and rosemary chicken with smoky tomatoes and chickpeas.

Marinated trout with fennel, dill, radish and new potatoes, pickled red onion and capers.

 Sweets (vg): 

Banana, apple and carrot muffins.

Chocolate and cashew nut butter cups 

Drinks:

Lemon and raspberry lemonade 

Pineapple, chilli and coriander
