29g protein Asian-inspired salad

This asian-inspired salad is packed with 29g of plant protein and 17g of fibre (out of the recommended 30g daily!). It is low in sugar, contains 11 plant varieties and is high in vitamins A, C and B6. Talk about a power-house dish!


  1. 40g carrot, grated
  2. 40g red cabbage, grated
  3. 40g white cabbage, grated
  4. 80g red bell pepper, cut into strips
  5. 15g mungbean sprouts
  6. 100g tempeh, cut into small cubes
  7. Small handful of fresh coriander, chopped to garnish
  8. Pinch of chilli flakes to garnish


  1. 1 tbsp tahini
  2. 1 tbsp GF reduced sodium soy sauce
  3. 1 tbsp sesame oil
  4. 1 tbsp lime juice
