We should aim for thirty plant foods per week, and with Kurami, you can relax knowing our meals provide this. Inspired by the classic Vietnamese dish, Goi Buoi, we have introduced a refreshing citrus grapefruit salad, balanced with flavours of mint and lime juice, hitting eight of your plant varieties in one dish!
For the first time, we have created a miso marinated chicken bowl with fragrant ginger and coriander to tantalize your taste buds. For those who are looking for warming flavours, our spring ratatouille is packed with these and oven roasted vegetables such as aubergine, courgettes and peppers.
Simplicity and ease is key - our new choco-boost KuYo snack helps to bring you energy throughout the day. It is layered with coconut, cacao bites and a goji nut mix, providing a punch of natural sweetness and nourishing your body at the same time.
On a take on classics, it is our pleasure to introduce the Kurami lasagne, with courgette and tempeh, as the key source of protein. Creamy and rich in Mediterranean-inspired flavours, this dish is perfect for vegans, vegetarians, and those trying to eat less meat and explore new flavours.
