Nutritionist approved asian-Inspired Salmon

Looking for that kitchen pick-me-up this Summer? Our Kurami Team has created a vibrant, nourishing recipe to nurture you from within. Our Asian-inspired salmon with a spring crust will leave your tastebuds tantalised, and your house smelling oh-so delicious!

Ingredients 
1 thumb-sized ginger
4 spring onions
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1tbsp vegetable oil
300g salmon fish fillets

Methods:

Preheat the oven to 180°C or gas mark 4.
Grate the ginger, finely chop the spring onions and mince the garlic.
Heat the oil in a saucepan over to high heat, watch carefully.
Once the oil starts to smoke, add the ginger, spring onions and garlic, keep stirring for 2 minutes.
Place the salmon fillets in an ovenproof dish, then carefully pour the contents from the saucepan over the fish, and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve on a bed of stir-fried bak choi and a side of freshly cooked rice.
