Perfect for evenings in, it is packed with plant-based protein and a delightful crunch that will leave you satisfied and your gut happy! Follow the recipe below.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g cannellini beans
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic granules
  • 2 g salt
  • 1 tbsp herbs of choice

METHOD:

  1.  All you need to do is bake for ~40min at 220C and enjoy on it’s own, dip into tzatziki or a similar yoghurt dip, or use as salad topper!
